"Ajnara ambrosia society has only 2 towers running. Tower H and F. Less people, not so crowded and it's peaceful for now. Ample parking for residents. Project is incomplete. No amenities like club house , swimming pool or gym. One activity room is provided which is also paid if some commercial activity is performed there."

"One thing is very common that builder are quite slow in work. Construction and location are good but work pace are too low and dis-satisfactory. As I heard they are delivering front Tower in March-2020 only. But I don't think so they can... I had discussion about TOWER - G with Ajnara guys he asked me that you will delivery in March-2021."

"Very bad society, there are only two functional towers with very minimal facilities provided by the maintenance team. I was living in F-404 for 2 years and 4 months. 1st 11 months rent- ₹ 15000 2nd 11 months rent- ₹ 16000 3rd 11 months rent- ₹ 20,500 The rent was including maintenance. Believe me, this society is not worth more than 18-20k rent per month. The electricity rate for mains is 9.14 per unit while for DG, it is 24.57 per unit. Getting a cab is a hassle as the cab operators frequently deny cabs. Also, the broker will tell you that the shops will be functional in the next six months, I was also told the same, but there has been no development on that front. The shops are still lying in the same condition. So, you will have to go to Sector 119/120 to find the nearest shop. Owner was good until I was giving them monthly rents on time, but when I requested them to return the security amount when I vacated, he started giving me excuses. It was a difficult time as the broker also siding with the owner for obvious reasons. There are frequent electricity fluctuations in the society (I had my AC PCB damaged, got it repaired for ₹ 5000 through UC). The maintenance team does not have any answers for it. Please enter at your own risk."

"More than 5 years since i booked the flat with Hard earned Money, No clue about when its gonna be delivered. Builder was good on project progress and website update until 2016 but now they barely update it. Now days website is not even loading and these guys don't even care to put a maintenance page on website. Construction quality seems to be good but real picture will come after possession. Hope they improve and fast track the delivery."
